Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our sites are free because they're supported by advertising. Our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing, such as pages you view and your device's advertising identifier, to show you ads that may interest you. Under some state privacy laws, this counts as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, even though no one pays us for it.

What changes when you opt out: we stop allowing your browsing information to be used for interest-based advertising on our sites. You'll still see ads, but they'll be less tailored to you.

Your choice applies to this browser and device. If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you'll need to opt out again there. If you're signed in to your WE account, we also save your choice to your account.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, automatically.

Someone acting for you. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf by emailing privacy@wearecommunitywise.com.

WE community research

This page controls advertising. It doesn't change your WE research participation, which works differently: research is something you choose to join, separately, when you become a member.

If you participate in WE community research, your responses are used as described in the Research Participation Agreement, including by our affiliated companies. Some state laws treat that sharing as a "sale"; withdrawing from research is how you opt out of it. Withdraw in your account settings. It takes one click.

Sensitive information

We never use sensitive information, such as political party registration or race or ethnicity, for advertising, and we never sell or share it with advertising partners.
